Recipe of Puris
.Take atta suji maida ratio 1:1:1 make tight dough...keep for 20 mins...make small balls roll into small puris...fry on medium heat turning them...slowly ...fry them till crisp..Now take boiled potatoes...mash add salt n red pepper..keep cut onions finely...arrange puris first put potatoes....then the onios...now add chutneys....first garlic chutney...green chutney and imli chutney.....take baarik sev....sprinkle on top generously....garnish with green coriander....squeeze some lime ...serve clean home made sev puri...only the baarik sev is from mkt.
