CHOLE BHATURE

Chole recipe 

Ingredients 
1cup kabuli chana 
2 onions 
4-5 garlic cloves 
2-3 green chilli 
Some coriander leaves 
2 tomatoes 
2tspn red chilli powder 
2tspn dhaniya powder 
1/4 tspn turmric powder 
1/2 tspn garam masala powder 
1tspn chole masala powder 
Salt according to taste 
2-3 tspn oil 
1/2 tspn mustard seeds 
1/2 tspn jeera 
1/2 tspn saunf 
Process. ...... 

Soak kabuli chana over night or 7-8 hours. Strain water and put in pressure cooker, add 2-3 cup water and 1/2 tspn salt. Take 4-5 whistle or till chana cook.
Make paste of onion, garlic cloves, green chilli and coriander leaves. Make puree from tomatoes. 
Heat oil in a big pan,add mustard seeds, saunf and 
jeera, when splutter add onion paste and cook 2-3 minutes. Now add all dry spices and cook till oil leaves sides. Now add tomato puree and cook again 4-5 minutes. Add boiled kabuli chana and water as required. Boil 4-5 minutes and switch off the gas. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with bhature ,puri or parathas.


Bhature recipe 
Ingredients. ..
Half kg maida

1cup curd. 
1tsp salt 
Water as required 
1tsp oil. 
Process. ....Take maida in a big bowl, add salt and curd, mix well. Add water and knead like chapati dough. At last add 1tspn oil and knead well. Cover with kitchen cloth and keep in warm place for 5 to 6 hours. Then punch the dough for one minute. Take a small ball of the dough and make a Bhatura. Keep thick in size like paratha. Deep fry in hot oil.
Make one bhatura in one time and deep fry.
