CRISPY STUFFED GAPPE

GOLGAPPE RECIPE
Ingredients:-
1 cup Suji
1 cup Atta
1/4 cup Maida


Method;
Make a normal dough with all ingredients n let it rest for one hour. After prepare small small roti (golgappe) cover it in wet malmal cloth for at least 20 minutes. N den fry it.

STUFFING
Add wd sugar in curd acc to ur taste
Make a mash with the below ingredients
Dahi bhalle-2 
Boiled Potatoes-2
Mint Chutney
Salt, chilli powder, chat masala 
N den stuff in Golgappe n after that pour curd, mint chutney, sweet tamarind chutney n also sprinkle bit of salt n chat masala
