INGREDIENTS-
urad dhuli dal 1 small cup
moong dal half cup
salt
red chilli powder
garam masala
hing
rosted jeera powder
black pepper powder
fresh mint
oil
curd
preparation-
Soak moong dal nd urad dal overnight.thn drain extra water nd grind into a smooth paste.add salt,red chilli powder,rosted hing,rosted jeera powder nd garam masala to dis paste nd mix well.heat oil in a wok nd gave the sape of wada to dis paste nd deep fry. Thn saok these wadas in luke warm water for half an hour nd after half an hour squeeze thm nd add to blended curd nd put salt,rosted jeera powder,red chilli powder,black pepper powder nd fresh mint nd enjoy ur dahiwada.
