DAL MAKHANI
1 kg black udad dal
250gms chana dal
250 gms rajma.
Method.......
Apply salt and little sarson oil to udad dal,rub it well,wash and soak overnight.Soak rajma and chana dal too.
Next day boil with some salt and whole masalas like laung elaichi dalchini.
When cooked well take out whole masalas,
For tarka heat butter in a pan add hing,tomato puree,degi mirch.When cooked add it to dal.Finish with cream and garnish with some hara dhania.
For this much quantity you will be needing around 300 to 400 gms of tomato puree and 250 ml of cream.
