DONUT

INGREDIENTS

2 cup maida
2 tsp sugar

1 tsp dry active yeast
3/4 cup luke warm milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter
Oil for frying

Powerdered sugar 1/4 cup
Brown chocolate 1 cup

METHOD

Take flour add sugar salt yeast and butter and milk knead soft dough kneading the dough for 5 to 7 minutes so that it gets soft. Roll the dough giving it round shape and cut in round with the help of glass and than cut small holes in the mid of round with the help of bottle cap. And then brush all prepared doughnuts with oil so that don't get dry. And keep aside for 2 hrs. After 2 hrs let it deep fried until they turn golden brown. Dust piping hot doughnuts with powdered sugar. Melt brown chocolate and dip dome doughnuts. And garnish with vermicelli .
