100gms or about 40 Kashmiri mirch
25-30 garlic cloves
2tbls Soya sauce.
2tbls tomato sauce
1tsp sugar
Half cup vinegar
Salt to taste
1red capsicum
5-6 green chillies
1 small piece ginger

. Boil red chilli and let them cool. Fry garlic cloves and keep aside. When cool take a mixture jar put all ingredients accept sugar and salt. Grind it.in same oil which we fry garlic, cook this paste about 7-8 minutes. Add sugar and salt. If you like use sesame oil. Keep in airtight bottle. You can preserve around 3 months.
