Recipe for sambhar,,
, 1 choti catori arahar ki daal, mix vegetables like lauki, matar, gajar, kaddu,4 medium tamatar adrakh ka paste, 4 tablespoon imlii ka pulp, tadke k liye oil raai heeng kari patte and sambhar powder, daal ko paani daal ke aur namak, laal mirch power half tablespoon, haldi 1 teaspoon k sath boil ker le, ab vegetables k saath boil ker le and then tomato and ginger paste daal ke boil kare ab imlii ka pulp add kare aur raai heeng aur kari patte ka tadka lagaaye sambhar powder bhi add kar le. 


Recipe for dosa, 2 catori permal rice, 1 catori dhuli hui urad daal raat bhar pani mai alag alag bheega de subah pees le aur namak 1 tablespoon mila k dhak k rakh de,, pani avashyakta k anusaar milaye, aur non stick tave per one side seke.

Stuffing =Boiled potatoes half kg, fried chana daal two tablespoons, boiled pease half cup, tomato, ginger and green chillies ka dardara paste 1 cup, patta gobhi 1 cup bareek kati hui, oil kari patte, heeng, salt, laal mirch half spoon, dhniya powder 1 tablespoon, haldi aik teaspoon, kadhai mai oil daalker raai heeng kari patte ka tadka lagaaye ab tomato ginger and green chillies ko add kere acche se bhune sabhi masale add kere allu, matar, daal add kere aur acche se milaye bhune aur stuffing is ready. 

Chatni recepi =

1 nariyal kasa hua, 2-3 Hari mirch, adrakh kasa hua 1 tablespoon, imlii ka pulp 1 tablespoon, salt 1teaspoon, oil kari patte raai heeng, nariyal ko Hari mirch adrakh daal ke acche se pees le pani bhi add kar le ab namak aur imlii ka pulp add kare aur raai heeng kari patte ka tadka lagaaye.
