Ingredients:
300 gm arbi
3 hari mirch
Hara dhania patti
200 gm curd
1 inch ginger
10 garlic kali
Pinch of zaiphal (nut meg)
Pinch of zavitri
1 tsp lal mirch
.25 tsp haldi powder
.5 tsp dhania powder
1 bari elaychi
3 laung (clove)
3-4 kali mirch
3 green elaychi
.5 tsp salt or as per taste
1 tbsp oil
.5 tsp zeera
Method :
Boil arbi
Mix all ingredients in curd
And make paste
Except zeera, bari elaychi, oil
Now add boiled arbi in this paste for marination about 1 hr. Now take a pan and add zeera and bari elaichi and add marinated arbi with all paste.
Cook on low heat and stir. when oil release your dish ready. Garnish with coriander leaves. Enjoy....
