Methi malai paneer masala

Ingredients

50 gms paneer
3 big onions grind into paste
6 big tomatoes grind into paste
1tsp ginger green chilly paste
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp haldi 
Pinch garam masala
Pinch elaichi powder
1tbsp kasoori methi
1tsp jeera
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
6 peppercons
2 badi elaichi
2 tbsp malai
2 tbsp oil
250 ml.milk
Salt to taste

Method

Cut paneer into 1/2inch cubes.Heat oil in a pan and add all the whole masalas ,splutter ,then add onion paste .Roast on low flame till the onion becomes brown .Then add ginger chilly paste,saute for few seconds ,then add red chilly ,dhania powder and haldi ,saute ,then add tomato paste .Cook till the oil comes out.Then add kasoori methi ,saute ,then add paneer cubes ,mix well ,then add milk .Stir continously so that the milk doesn't curdle,on low flame.Let it boil and then add salt to taste,mix well .It is ready to serve ,sprinkle elaichi powder and garam masala,mix well and serve with roti ,naan,parantha .
