MUSHROOM TIKKA MASALA
Ingredients.......Mushroom 1 pc
Curd 2 tb sp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tb sp
Onion 2 grated
Red colour a pinch
Salt
Chilli pwd
Oil
Method ..
wash nd cut the mushroom in small pieces..take a big bowl put curd , ginger galic paste, nd mushroom , red colour nd salt ..marinate mushroom for 1 hour keep it in fridge..take a pan put some oil nd grated onion saute it till light brown in colour..then put marinated mushroom in this pan..add 1 cup water ..cook i t for 20 min..mushroom is ready.remove it from gas...garnish with fresh coriander...serve it with nan.
