NEER DOSA
Ingredients:
2 cups raw rice
3 green chili
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 inch ginger chopped(optional)
lots of water
oil for making dosa
salt to taste
Procedure:
Soak rice for 4 hours.
Add ginger,green chili n cumin seeds to the rice.
Grind to a smooth paste.Add salt n sufficient amount of water.(So it is called neer dosa)
Heat tawa n spread oil.Take a big spoon of batter n spread all over tawa in high flame.
Make flame to medium n cover the lid for 1 min.
Remove the lid,it can be easily removed.
Serve with pickle…
