Palak Poha kabab

Ingredients :
Poha (washed and strained) : 1 cup
Besan (gram flour) : 2 tbsp
Boiled potatoes : 2 nos
Finely chopped and blanched spinach : 1 cup
Finely chopped onion : 1/2 cup
Finely chopped green chillies : 2 nos
Red chilly pdr : 1/2 tsp
Coriander pdr : 1/2 tsp
Aamchoor pdr : 1/3 tsp
Chaat masala : 1/3 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil to shallow fry / brushing
Method :
In a mixing bowl.. add all above ingredients one by one.. make a soft n smooth dough.. if u r feeling it too dry.. add little water .. if it's too runny kind of.. add little more gram flour (not too much.. it's only for binding) heat a heavy bottom non stick pan. Pour little oil of ur choice. Make small balls of the mixed dough with oiled palms n flatten like kababs/tikki. When oil gets heat .. bring the flame on Sim. Put these kabab in the pan and let it cook on slow flame only. Flip it after a while.. when it turns golden brown.. put off it on paper towel. Plate it with onion rings and lemon wedges. Serve it with dip/sauce of ur choice smile emoticon
P. S. I used leftover cooked Poha.
You can cook it in grilled sandwich maker with very less oil.
Can also add roasted and crushed peanuts.
