Ingredients :-
1) 3 to 4 tbsp mustard oil
2) 2 tsp crushed fennel seeds (Sauf)
3) 1/2 tsp Nutmeg Powder
4) 1 tsp Chat masala
5) 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
6) Salt to taste
7) 200 GMs Cottage cheese (Paneer)
8) Mustard oil to fry

How to Make :-
1) In a bowl, take some mustard oil, fennel seeds, Nutmeg powder, Chat Masala, Red Chilli Powder, and Salt and mix to make the marinate.

2) Cut the Cottage cheese into four rectangles (Or in any shape you want) and Marinate in the masala prepared.
3) Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated cottage cheese till done on both sides.
4) Your Saufiyana Kebab is Ready to eat and serve.
5) Take a tray put your Kebab in tray, cut some onions and put it in to tray with lemon ( Cut in Slices) and serve it.
