Recipe for chhole.
After soaking kabuli chana for 7 to 8 hrs , boil in a cooker with salt until soft tht u can crush it between ur fingers...take a pan ..fry finely chopped onions along with tez patta and badi elaichi..then pureed tomato..cook till u s
ee the gravy leaving the sides of the pan..then add chana ..add chana masala and water frm soaked black tea ( 2 tsp ) in warm water...aďd ginger juliennes..add salt to taste ..1 tsp kasoori methi...red chilli powder..cook with a covered lid for 7 to 10 min..garnish with onion n green chilly.

Recipe for pudina kulcha.. first take a cup of warm water and in it add 2 tsp sugar and 1 tsp dry yeast ..keep it covered for 5 min..with tht water make a dough using 2 bowls maida ..lil salt and 1tsp oil..add water if required ..knead it soft ..cover and keep it for minimum 1.5 hrs..u ll see it will double in size...usko fir se knead karo using lil oil ..now make a round roti ..in the half portion add pudina chopped...apply some ghee and maida on the inside ....ek ke upar dusra layer rakh do and fold  become like a roll..usko vertically daba do...gola form hone ke baad ...fir se belo..apply little ghee or oil on both the sides and tava pe parathe ki tarah sek lo....ur tasty pudina kulcha is ready.
