Baked Oreo Nutella cheesecake


Baked Oreo Nutella cheesecake 

A pack of Oreo 10-12 biscuits

1/4 cup unsalted butter melted
2 eggs at room temp
200 grams cream cheese at room temperature
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream + 2-3 tbsps heavy cream extra
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup Nutella...less or more

Method:
Preheat oven at 180 degrees.Grease a baking tray and spread butter paper on it and make sure it's pressed well at the corners.

Break down the biscuits in a food processor until fine crumbs and mix well with melted butter.The crumbs should be moist yet can fall apart powdery.spread this on the tray evenly with the back of a spoon.Bake this for about 10-15 minutes.. Take out.set aside to cool well.

In the meantime beat cream cheese with sugar,eggs,vanilla essence.then add 1/4 cup heavy cream and beat again until you get a smooth mix. Take half of this mix in another bowl. The white mix set aside will be your middle layer.

To the other half cream mixture add the 2-3 tbsp heavy cream and Nutella.beat well. This will be your top layer.

Pour the white cheese mixture on your cooled biscuit base. Bake until you feel the mixture is setting. I kept checking now n then.take out and pour the Nutella mixture and bake till top is firm.
Keep aside to cool.

Once cooled refrigerate for at least 3 hours.cut the edges,to get clean layers.clean your knife every time with every cut.

Now to make Ganache.
Take amul cream 4 spoons. Heat it in microwave. Take out mix Nutella 4 spoons. Mux well. Spread on baked cheesecake evenly.
Decorate with sprinklers.
Enjoy piece of heaven.
