Ingredients.....

bread slices:15-18
Boiled potatoes chopped: 4-5

Chopped veggies:carrot,capsicum,cabbage
Grated paneer
Tomato n capsicum rings
Green chutney
Tomato sauce
Salt, rai, zeera, dhaniya powder, amchor powder, lal mirch, oregano, cooking oil


Method:

 for stuffing in a pan add oil add rai n zeera as they crackle add all dry masala's now add potatoes & veggies mix it well.
Remove the sides of the bread slices. 
Grease a alluminium dish now arrange tomato n capsicum slices now apply little water on each slice n make a layer of it over the tomato n capsicum slices in the dish. Now put a layer of stuffing apply green chutney over it. Now again a layer of bread slices. Again a layer of stuffing n apply tomato sauce n grated paneer over it n again a layer of bread slices. Steam it for 10-12mins. Let it cool down n invert it in a plate garnish with grated paneer , sauce, oregano n dhaniya leaves. Enjoy with ur choice of chutney.
