Pyaaz........1 med size
Bombay tamater small......4 
Badam..........5-6......isse zyada na lne 
Amul cream......3-4 tbs
Ghee.......2 tbs
Agar aap veg. Oil use karna chahti hai to vo b kr sakti hai bs thoda taste faraq ho jata hai
ginger garlic ka paste...... 1 tbs

Sabse pahle pan me ghee garm hone dne uske baad gg paste add kr dne jb ye bhun jaay to us PYAAZ tamater or baadam ki ek saath puree bana lne Mixi me or Ise bhi ab pan me daal de. halka bhunne fir thodee haldee, kashmiri mirch, Dhaniya pdr, paneer masala, namak daal kr bhoone.....jb masala bhun jaye to cream add kr de or 2 min baad paneer ke cubes bhi dalde.......5 min baad 2-3 tbs paani add karne or bs ho gaya ek tasty paneer tayyar.
