Moong dal kachori and aloo matar kachori in Appam Sancha


Take maida add oil and salt knead it with water and make it a dough like we make rotis. Keep it aside for 15-20 minutes

Matar kachori->

boil matar till it get soft, strain it and cool it down, make sure water should not be there in matar.
Cut green coriander(if its there), green chilli's(if required)
Add all in matar with salt, garam masala,roasted jeera and chat masala or amchoor
Filling z ready

Now take a small ball of maida and with the help of hands make a katori add filling and close it properly. Like this make a the balls
Appam sancha, hot oil add balls in it.
On low flame we have to turn it time to time...
It's ready to eat😛

Moong dal->
Soak for 4-5 hours , strain it now on a gas put kadai add oil, sabut Dhanya, jeera now add moong dal in slow flame roast for 15-20 mints. Make sure water is absorb completely.
Now add salt to taste and garam masala.
Let it cool down
Now in a grinder coarsely ground it.
Now the same process needs to be repeated
