Stuffed Cheesy garlic bread 

Recipe for cheesy garlic bread



2 Cups maida
4 Cheese slices in two pieces of garlic bread
1 Cup lukewarm water
2 Tspn yeast
1 Tspn sugar
1 Tbspn oil
1/4 Tspn salt
1 cup capsicum finely chopped
1/4 cup sweet corn
herbs and chilli flakes
5 Pods crushed garlic


Put yeast in lukewarm water.Add half tspn sugar stir and keep aside for half an hour.
Take a bowl and place in it 2 cups maida salt sugar crushed garlic
and add yeast dissolved in water.

Make the batter.
Add to batter half tspn chilli flakes and half tspn herbs and oil and knead it.It should be kept very soft.Add water if reqd.
Cover it with damp cloth and keep aside for one hour.
sprinkle some maida on a clean slab and put some oil on your hands and again set the dough and again place it in a bowl and cover it with damp cloth.
After half an hour knead the dough once again and divide it into six balls.
Take two balls of dough and roll them into a circle or chhapati shape.
In one semicircle place cheese slices capsicum and sweet corn and cover them with the remaining semicircle.
Similarly do it with the other ball of dough.
The remining balls should be kept covered with damp cloth.
put herbs and oil on the bread to be baked and cover them with damp cloth for ten mins.
Keep this bread on oven tray and with a knife make markings at one inch distance.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 mins at 190 degrees


Recipe for cheesy dips
2 Tbspn cheese spread
2 Tbspn warm milk
Stir and microwave for ten seconds only
stir again
cheesy dip is ready
