TUTTY  FRUTTY  CAKE


INGREDIENTS:

1 cup apf / self raising flour/ maida + 1 tsp baking powder. 

White Butter 100g room temperature. (Unsalted)
Powder sugar 3/4 cup.
Vanilla essence 1 tsp. 
2 tbs of thick curd. 
Milk 2 to 3 tbs. 
Tutti fruity 1/2 cup dust with some flour and keep aside. Oil 1/4 cup. 

METHOD:


Take a bowl add butter and sugar and with hand blender beat until mix and smoothy. Add vanilla essence and curd and beat until fluffy . Add the flour and mix well with cut fold method using wooden spoon. Add milk if necessary .. preheated the oven to 180°d for 10 mins and bake for 35 to 40 mins or until toothpick comes out clean. Before place the tray into the oven add your tutti fruity mix it and pour to the tray. And garnish with some fresh tutti fruity and some chopped nuts and keep it in oven . Fresh and yummy tutti fruity cake 
Is ready after 35 mins. Allow to cool to room temperature. And slice it and enjoy with your loved ones
