Ingredients
8 slices of bread cut in roundles
For filling
4 tbsp fresh grated coconut
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped green chillies
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp mixed dry nuts like kaju ,kishmish
Salt to taste
For curd
2 cups of curd
2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Pinch of kala namak
For garnishing
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp jeera powder
Chopped coriander
Method
Take the bread roundles , arrange four pieces on a plate .Now mix the filling ingredients together ,put enough filling on each piece .Now soak the sides of the bread with little water ,just soak with fingers.Now cover the arranged bread pieces with another piece and seal the sides properly. Now mix curd with salt ,sugar and kala namak ,smoothly .Now pour the curd on the badas and garnish with red chilly powder ,jeera powder and chopped coriander.
