CHINEASE SAMOSA
Ingredients...
chopped garlic, ginger, hari mirch,, sliced onion, thin slice of capsicum,grated carrot , chopped spring onion , boiled noodles, cabbage, soyasauce, chilli sauce, black pepper ,pwd salt , ready made samosapatti , maidapest for sealing
Method -

heat some oil in pen add garlic ginger chillies add sliced onion . Sauté add capsicum and carrot add salt and cook add chopped cabbage. When veges become tender add boiled noodles and sauces and black pepper pwd ,add spring onion mix well and switch off gas .keep this stuffing on side 
Take a strip of samosa patti put some stuffing on one end.fold carefully and seal the ends with maidapest. Make others as same. Heat oil in pan fry samosa on medium heat. Enjoy with ketchup or salsa.
