RECEIPE
Ingredients 
Raw Potatoes -5
Onions -2
Tomatoes -3
Tomato puree from market - 2tbsp
Paneer -20gm
Few cashews & rasins
Kasoori methi - 2tsp
Butter - 1tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Methods..
Peel potatoes and hollow them from centre, length wise. Deep fry potatoes till till tender, sprinkle some salt while frying. Take chopped cashews and raisins, add crumbled paneer, salt and red chilli, fill this filing in fried potatoes and keep aside.
Deep fry chopped onions in oil and then grind them with chopped tomatoes. Take butter in a pan, add onion tomato paste, tomato puree, cook till oil separates. Add salt, red chilli powder, dhaniya powder and dum aloo masala(I have used SDS brand masala, you can use any). Add kasoori methi and slight water. Add filled potatoes and cook for 10mins. Garnish with butter cube and coriander leafs. Relish the dish.
