 PALAK PATOD
Ingredients....
Palak cleaned and chopped ---200 gms
Besan 150 gms
Ajwain,red chilli powder,dhania powder,amchoor or anardana powder 2 tsp each.Hing 1/2 tsp,salt 1 tsp.


Method 
Mix together palak,besan and rest of the ing.Do not add water.Make a dough out of it,make logs as shown in pic and steam till the are set.Cool the logs by leaving in fridge for some time.Slice them and shallow fry with very little oil.
I have served them with yoghurt dip.For that take hung curd,mix with chopped onion,cucumber,mint and garlic.Add salt and pepper and serve.
