"Paneer Butter Masala"


"PANEER BUTTER MASALA"

INGREDIENTS:-
1) Onion
2) 2-3 tomatoes
3) 1tablespoon - Ginger & Garlic Paste
4) 1teaspoon - Green chilli
5) 1-2 tablespoon - Red chilli powder
6) 1-2 tablespoon - Cumin and coriander powder
7) Salt to taste
8) 1 teaspoon - Turmeric powder
9) 1teaspoon - Cumin seeds
10) 2-3 Green cardamom, 2-3 cloves, 4-5 black pepper
11) 50gms- Butter
12) Panner Cubes
13) 1 tablespoon - Cream
14) 2 tablespoon - Oil
15) 1 tablespoon - kasoori methi (Dry fenugreek leaves)
HOW TO MAKE:-
Put some oil in a Pan, heat it. After that put onions into the Pan and cook it until light brown. Now add some salt and mix it well. After cooking onions for 5 minutes, put chopped tomatoes into it. Mix it well and cook this mixture for 5-6 minutes. Add Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, (it will give nice colour) Add coriander powder into it. Mix it well. Cook this mixture for five minutes.
Now we will Grind this mixture into fine paste. Now Grind this mixture into fine paste. Take a pan and put the paste into it and stir it well. Take another Pan and put some oil in it. Add 2-3 butter cubes, let butter get melt and then add Ginger & Garlic paste into it and stir it well. Add some chopped chillies into it to make it spicy, then add mirchi powder, cumin coriander & turmeric powder and stir it well.
Add the paste into masala and stir it well again. Now add crushed green cardamom, cloves, & black pepper into it and mix it well. Add some crushed kasoori methi into the mixture and mix it. Now we will add paneer cubes and mix it well. Finally we will add some cream and stir it well. Now let it heat for a while. Put some chopped coriander into it and Serve it HOT !!!! smile emoticon
