 Cheese corn patties

Ingredients


For outer covering


4 big size boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander
2 green chillies chopped
2 tbsp arrowroot
Salt to taste 

Make equal size balls from the potatoes mixture and keep aside

For stuffing

1/4 cup grated processed cheese
1/4 cup boiled corn kernel
Little salt as cheese has salt 
1/4 tsp black pepper powder

Mix all the ingredients together

Take oil for deep frying ,
You can also roast on a tawa or pan

Method

Heat oil in a kadai.Flatten the potato ball in your palm with wet hands and fill 1/2 tsp stuffing in the potato and seal from all sides nicely so that the stuffing doesn't come out . 
Take 1 cup dried bread crumbs

Roll the patties in the dried bread crumbs and fry in the oil on medium high flame until brown and crisp from outside.
Serve with tomato sauce.
