CHEESE MATAR BURFI

Ingredients

Suji 11/2 cup
NAACHINI 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds 2 tea DP
KADHI patta 15-20
Green chillies finely chopped 1 table so
Chilli flakes 2 tea so
Ginger grated 2 tea so
Lemon juice 1 table sp
Ghee 2 table sp
Oil for greasing
Grated cheese 1/2 cup
Salt 11/2 tea sp
BOILED PEAS 1/2 cup
Can put corn or carrots also


STEPS TO COOK

Soak NAACHINI for 1/2 an hour and boil it separately
Boil peas also
Take a wok
Add ghee heat it and then put mustard seeds and KADHI PATTA
Now put SUJI and all other masalas
Add 4 cups of water
Now put peas and NAACHINI seeds
Add chilli flake, ginger and lemon juice
Mix well and cook till it becomes thick like HALWA
Now add grated cheese and switch off gas, keep some cheese to sprinkle on top of set BURFI
Take a greased tray
Spread this mix evenly with a help of spatula
Spread grated cheese
Pre heat oven on 180 degrees
Keep for setting it for 1 hour
Now cut it into desired shape pieces
Keep them on baking tray and bake for 12-14 minutes on 180 degrees

SERVE HOT WITH CHILLI SAUCE
