1cup oats
1,cup suji
1 , 1\2 cup curd
Salt acc to taste
One tomato fine chopped
One onion fine chopped
1\2 capsicum fine chopped
Eno 2 pkt
Little chopped green chilly
Curry leaves
Method
Oats ko halka sa roast ker le or thanda hone per suji ko mix karen or add salt or curd se smooth batter bna le or yadi batter thick ho to add little water n keep a side for 10 min.
Now add fine chopped tomato, onion n capsicum, green chilly, chopped curry leaves n add eno.
Grease Idli stand n add suji batter or 5 mnt tk micro kre .
