TIRAMISU

One packet sponge fingers,100 gms mascarpone cheese,200 gms whipping cream.one cup black cofee,cocoa powder
METHOD;
Beat cream with 2 tbsp of powdered sugar till soft peaks are formed.Beat mascarpone cheese with 1 tbsp of sugar till light and creamy gently mix whipped cream to this.Take a square or rectangular glass dish,dip sponge fingers in coffee and place in dish cover with cream then with cocoa powder through strainer.Repeat this process again.End cover with cocoa powder by dusting through a strainer.Keep in the fridge for few hours before serving.
